Our houses

Do you want to be close to Southampton University, near to friends in other student houses – and close by to shops and transport links?

If so, then our houses are perfect for you. All our houses are nearby – so groups of friends can be together if you want.

Shakespeare Avenue – 5 bedrooms
This is a large house with a traditional family house feel. The bedrooms are fresh and light and there are two bathrooms.  There’s a spacious kitchen, plus a separate comfortable lounge with 32″ TV on the wall.

Tennyson Road – house 2 (5 bed)
This student house has some very large individual bedrooms. There are also two well-appointed bathrooms and an attractive lounge with a Victorian fireplace. And there’s a large back garden for chilling out in the warmer months.

Tennyson Road – house 3 (4 bed)
The house’s large kitchen / lounge is for great communal living and dining – and has made it really popular for groups of students that love inviting friends over and socialising.
